Aloha and finished a long working day in the ER today.  Weighing my decision to apply to Tripler Army Hospital in Honolulu and still finding it the very right thing to do.  I continue to struggle with loving the job I have but hating the cold, grey, foggy, rainy windy toothsome pummeling from the San Francisco weather (better but only in the last two days).  Living in a better place would greatly improve my outlook but moving may entail a longer lease then only to have Hawaii come to fruition.

Love my job and people here.  Love the ranch and people there.  Hate the weather here in the City and the unfriendliness.

So I ponder and wonder.  No hurry to decide as fate and time assist also.
